Self-produced X-ray Machine

As well as being a mature one-stop supplier for medical equipment, we have been engaging in researching and developing X-ray machines for years as one of the pionner manufacturers in this field in China.

We produce and sell X-ray machines with one-hand prices, professional engineer team for over 10 years’ experiences, video guide instructions for installation, and remote control APP for daily maintenance to support our overseas customers.

2. Production Management

2.1 Design and engineering

Engineers update the design of the X-ray machine, taking practicability, functionality, convenience into consideration.

2.2 Material procurement

2.3 Assembly

Assemble all components together, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections throughout.

For example:

For portable X-ray machines, assemble castors, castor column, bottom case, main column, connecting pipe, hang unit, handle, computer tray, detector box and portable X-ray unit together.

2.4 Debugging and calibration

After assembling the whole machine, strictly debug the machine to ensure that the machine can operate normally.

Calibrate the X-ray tube, flat panel detector, generator, collimator and other components to ensure the accuracy of X-ray radiation, image quality, exposure field and other factors are normal.

3. Quality Control

(1) Quality control department: 1 quality control manager, 2 quality control inspectors (1 for material qualuty control, 1 for finished-product quality control)

(2) Quality control inspector training

(3) Quality control process (take fixed X-ray machines as examples)

Material quality control

① On-site inspection: The quality control inspector who takes charge of material quality control go to the supplier’s factory for the inspection.

② Quality control inspection: Appearance, barke force, starting force, etc.

③ Sorting: Segregate conforming and non-conforming products. Preserve qualified items with protective film sealing and transport them to our manufacturing facility. For defective units, attach tags at designated locations specifying non-conformities and request the rework.

Finished product quality control

① Verify the material quantity according to the Bill of Work / Bill of Material (BOW/BOM).

② Conduct the inspection of mechanical moving components based on the quality inspection report.

③ Conduct the debugging and quality control inspection of generators.

④ Fill in the quality inspection report.

4. Shipment Packaging

The machinery is packed in wooden crates engineered for high load-bearing capacity and superior impact resistance, effectively safeguarding against collisions, vibrations, and other transit-induced damages. Some components (e.g., chest stand, tube column, ground rail, etc.) are packed with foam sheets for collision preventation.

5. Warehouse Management

6. Logistic

6.1 Inbound logistics

① Order production: Production cycle confirmation, procurement contract signing, payment

② Shipment: Type of shipping (road transportation), logistics tracking

③ Quality inspection: Appearcance inspection, quantity verification, mechanical inspection, functional testing

④ Warehousing: Segregate components into designated zones and arrange them systematically.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

6.2 Outbound logistics

① Processing: The outbound logistics process begins when a customer places an order.

② Picking and packing: Pick the correct items and then pack them into wooden crates.

③ Loading: Once the finished product is picked and packed, load it into trucks that will take it to the freight forwarding warehouse.

④ Shipping: The freight forwarder coordinates cargo dispatch from the warehouse in alignment with the booked shipping schedule, followed by vessel loading or aircraft loading for transportation.

7. After-sales Service

(1) Warranty: 12 months

(2) Response time: within 3 hours

(3) Technical support

① Installation diagram and video

② User manual

③ Maintenance manual and video

④ Remote assistance (through Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

⑤ On-site installation and maintenance (limited to the Philippines and Nigeria)

(4) Professional oversea after-sales service team

Team member: 3 engineers in Nigeria and 4 engineers in the Philippines

Training: On-site training for oversea engineers

(5) Value-added service

On-site X-ray machine training:

① Previous preparation: training schedule, material for training, demonstration equipment, etc.

② Theoretical Instruction

③ Hands-on Practice

(6) After-sales service process

① After-sales feedback collection channel

    • Emial: support@mecanmedical.com
    • Social media: social media (e.g., Whatsapp, Wechat, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) of sales representative

② Customers submit pictures or videos.

③ After-sales engineers receive these pictures or videos and give a solution by analyzing these materials.

④ Assist customers in solving the problem by text guidance (with pictures or videos) or video call.

⑤ Local engineers can offer on-site services to solve the problem. (limited to the Philippines and Nigeria)

⑥ If some components are faulty and the machine is under warranty, we send spare parts for replacement with corresponding guidance videos (for free).
